This is the pinnacle of Californian dining, sophisticated, elegant and innovative. We were overwhelmed by the intricate yet simple combinations and fortunately for us our menu was curated by the kitchen and we were “off Piste” literally countless course of deliciousness and each and every one paired with the perfect wine combination.
Dessert was something else, when I say dessert I mean the 6 courses of dessert plus the endless petite four an the chocolate box to die for.
