Ingredients

500gFlour

10gSalt

10gInstant Yeast

450ml (88%)Water

Olive Oil

Sea Salt

Vegetables and Herbs to garnish

Method

Make the dough by hand and slick generously with Olive oil, cover and place in the fridge for up to 3 days; the longer, the better.

Remove from the fridge and slick again generously with olive oil and gently fold it approx. 4 times

Place in a generously olive-oiled pan and allow to prove for around 2 hours or when the bread has risen across the pan.

Sprinkle with herbs, sea salt and drizzle again with olive oil and then press your fingers into it to make dimples

Turn it into an art piece with vegetables and herbs and serve it along with a charcuterie board; absolutely delicious

Bake in a 220 for 25 minutes
