It took a team of great colleagues 20 months to design & deliver this event. It was a highlight of my time as CEO of DIRECTIONS Conference & Incentive Management. We brought a new client onboard, earned their trust, and set out to exceed expectations. We aimed to create an unforgettable experience. This award suggests we might have succeeded.

Special thanks to Sarah Liebenberg (travel), whose talent made such a difference.

Also, thank you to all the suppliers. There were a few challenges along the way, but strong relationships enabled us to find creative solutions: Liberty DMC In Budapest managed the onsite program; RUSMICE worked with us to deliver the Russia segment; our marvellous hotel partners Kempinski Hotel Corvinus, Budapest, The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow and the Hotel Astoria St Petersburg.

And we had an amazing client, NAFDA Foodservice who believed in us and entrusted us with their vision.
