When a successful sales organisation plans their end of year staff celebration, they want their staff to feel that the organisation holds them in high esteem and values their contribution.
So when their chosen venue offered them some options of their standard packages, they were, not surprisingly, a little unimpressed. They felt that their staff deserved more than just a standard package, but were struggling to agree on a mutually beneficial outcome with their venue.
Tom’s assistance was sought to translate their La Dolce Vita themed vision into something that he could assist their chosen venue to deliver. Working closely with both the Client and the provider Tom turned what might have been a lacklustre few ‘canapés on the balcony’ into a memorable event all with same budget.
Looking after all the details, from demographic to floor plan to event theming, and working with the venue’s chef and events manager to create a specific menu and selection of beverages perfectly in tune with the La Dolce Vita theme, both the Client and venue agreed that the event exceeded everyone’s expectations.
On the night, the sales staff were wowed not just with the canapés, but also with the Piazza stations, the Antipasto Grazing Wagon, the roaming trolleys, mobile bars and finally the Gelato cart.
